Elle is an inspiring and emotive drama about a young girl who struggles to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer. Her ambition is thwarted by her academic-focussed school, and her only place to dance - the local disused theatre - is soon to be demolished. An unexpected opportunity marks a change in Elle as the memory of her lifelong dream begins to fade, along with her continuously limiting surroundings.

Elle was selected for the Short Film Corner at Cannes Film Festival, San Francisco International Film Festival, London Independent Film Festival and the Chicago International Film Festival where it won the prestigious Special Jury Award.

Exploring man's relationship with the local environment, Big Leaf investigates the problematic past, present and future of maple forestry and its traumatic effect on the wider climate.

We follow Tim McNamara, a young furniture maker on the verge of fatherhood, as he journeys to a sustainable sawmill in search for responsibly produced materials to build his child's crib. Wary of the world his child will soon enter, Tim seeks the sage wisdom of sawmill owner, Rod Jacobs, who reveals the shocking extent of the big leaf maple crisis and the work that must be done to secure a hopeful future for the next generation.

Created by Joe Hurrell and Josh Cobb at Grimshaw Mink. With original music by the Grimshaw Mink team, recorded at the Abbey Road Institute, this beautifully shot journey through the Pacific Northwest is due for festival release early 2020.

YouTuber and presenter Max Fosh produces a wide range of live-location viral content across YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. His most popular series, StreetSmart, has garnered millions of views online. With over 115,000 subscribers on YouTube, the channel has grown exponentially over the last year with his most watched video, a collaboration with YouTubers Zac Alsop and Jamie Rawsthorne from 'The Zac & Jay Show' featuring Maximus Bucharest, hitting over 12 million views.

 

POPPYCOCK

Poppycock is a dark comedy, following two old Cambridge flames, Lawrence and Tabitha, as they rekindle their University relationship. While a meteor is heading towards earth and the impending apocalypse is inevitable, their carefully-honed life objectives are thrown into perspective. This exquisitely-written, charming British comedy is due for festival release early 2020.
